Start with the layout
Before anything is ordered, we draw the kitchen out: where the cooking happens, where things get stored, what has to move and what can stay. Many Wilmington remodels keep the same footprint and change everything else; some move a wall, add an island or open the kitchen to the living room. Either way, the drawings come first and you see them before you commit.
Cabinets, counters and the install
We supply and install the cabinetry with our own crew. Countertops in quartz, granite, solid surface and more are templated and installed by trusted local fabrication partners, timed to the cabinet install so the kitchen is not left sitting half finished.
Same footprint or a full rework
Keeping the plumbing and appliances roughly where they are is the fastest and least expensive way to get a completely new kitchen. Moving them opens up more options. We will tell you plainly what each choice adds in time and cost before you decide.
How long it takes
A full remodel is measured in weeks, not days, and most of that time is cabinet lead time rather than work in your house. We give you a realistic schedule at the start and keep you up to date if anything changes.

Finishes we build most
Whatever the town, the color decision is the one people find hardest. White shaker, grey and greige, navy, two-tone and stained wood — each page says what it suits and where it goes wrong.
