Kitchen cabinets in Landfall

A Landfall kitchen we built

The transitional kitchen pictured here is one of ours in Landfall. Kitchens at this level are designed around the house rather than a catalog: panel-ready appliances, furniture-style islands, and storage planned to the inch.

The whole house, not just the kitchen

Landfall homes usually want the same standard carried through the house: butler’s pantries, bars, vanities, libraries and mudrooms. We design them together so the finishes and details match from room to room.

Working inside the gates

Landfall and Figure Eight both have rules about contractor access, hours and parking. We plan deliveries and work days around them so the job does not become a problem for your neighbors.

Landfall is 15 minutes from our showroom at 2725 Old Wrightsboro Rd, Wilmington. Same crew, same warranty, no travel surcharge.

Finishes we build most

Whatever the town, the color decision is the one people find hardest. White shaker, grey and greige, navy, two-tone and stained wood — each page says what it suits and where it goes wrong.
