What we take on

Built for repeat, not one-off.

4–400
units per project

The range we are set up to run without straining lead times or pulling crew off your site.

1996
building here since

Nearly three decades in Wilmington. We are still the people who answer the phone in year three.

1
point of contact

One person owns your project from takeoff through final punch. No handoffs mid-build.

Project types

Where this fits.

Townhome communities

Two or three repeating plan types across a full community. Priced once, built consistently, delivered building by building.

Apartment & multi-family

Unit-count packages with durable, serviceable spec — chosen for how they hold up to turnover, not just how they photograph.

Spec home programs

A standing package across a subdivision, with an upgrade tier your sales team can sell against at the design center.

Custom home builders

One-off high-end homes where the cabinetry is drawn around the plan rather than ordered from a catalogue.

How a multi-unit job runs

Different from a single kitchen, on purpose.

  1. Takeoff from your plans

Send the plan set. We come back with a per-plan-type breakdown rather than a single lump number, so you can see exactly what a Plan A kitchen costs versus a Plan C.

  2. Pricing held for the project

Plan-type pricing locked for the life of the build, so unit forty costs what unit one did and your pro formas hold.

  3. One approval unit

We build and set the first unit of each plan type for sign-off. Everything after it is measured against that unit — which is how the spec stays identical across the community.

  4. Released by phase

Material arrives by building or phase against your schedule, not all at once. Nothing sits in a garage for four months getting damaged.

  5. Installed by our own crew

Not subcontracted out per building. The same installers who set building one set building nine, so quality does not drift as the job goes on.

  6. One punch list, one warranty

Closeout handled across the whole project rather than unit by unit. If something needs attention after handover, you call us — we are fifteen minutes away, not in another state.

Why local matters at volume

Freight delays don't hold up your certificate of occupancy.

National suppliers quote well and then ship from three states away. When a run arrives damaged or short on a Friday, the difference between a local shop and a freight claim is a fortnight of your schedule.

We build and stage here in Wilmington. A missing filler strip is a same-day problem, not a change order.

Getting a number

What to send for a takeoff.

Plan set with elevations, the unit count per plan type, your target start date and phasing, and any spec level you are already committed to. That is enough for a per-plan-type quote, and we’ll get back to you quickly.
